About Peugeot...

Peugeot’s involvement in the automotive industry is pretty hard to beat. The car as we know it (i.e. with an internal combustion engine) was invented in 1879 - we’ve been making cars since 1889. And, over nearly 120 years, we’ve continually stayed at the forefront of stylish design, reliable engineering and sheer driving joy.

In a relatively short spell, French carmaker Peugeot has already succeeded in leaving its mark on South African soil, and plans to establish the brand even more in the local marketplace as the company enters its sixth year of operation in South Africa.

Peugeot's rate of development since its 2002 inception as a company and a brand in South Africa has exceeded all expectations To import a complete range of stylish, elegant and innovative products and to set up a dealer network from where the public could gain access to these products, obviously topped the priority list in 2002.

Since then, Peugeot Motors South Africa continued to introduce new models to our shores as soon as possible after their respective international launches, resulting in a wide range of vehicles available to appeal to customers across most market segments.
